Unable to place items or doors. Thralls doped dead(not in combat)

Bug Description:

completed a lvl1 purge just to see how my build would fare. During purge 4 lvl 20 thralls just dropped dead while not in combat, all gear lost. After purge was completed i am now unable to place items. And doors.

Bug Reproduction:

started level 1 purge with silver in coffer. Stood atop a wall to watch what happened. Saw what happened killed war chief bloke purge ended. Tried to add a new door and couldn’t

Also it hasnt stopped raining.

So update, the above happened 5 hours ago, and it is still the same. Done hard reset on Xbox, full restart on game, removed bracelet, teleported away and back. Still no joy. Want to play the game but this is stopping me. But it has just stopped raining.
