I have been unable to use potions or bandages for around 4 hours, i have restarted the game several times and im still unable to do anything with them, any help would be greatly appreciated

Apparently dying sorted it out as a last ditch attempt
I got on server a bit took damage but my attributes healing before I could take potions. Tried a couple times.
