Unbound cancel action key

I accidentally unbound the cancel action key and can no longer access the “escape” menu to get into the settings for controls.

I’ve closed the game and tried through the main menu settings but I’m unable to save key bindings without being logged in.

Is there A: a clickable menu item on screen that will access the ‘escape’ menu B: a way to change bindings while not logged in ?\
