It seems that the values on the oil of penetration + spiked weapon fitting have changed. Let me know if I have missed it in the patch notes:
No fitting:
Oil of Penetration: +20% now vs +25% before
Spiked Weapon Fitting: +10% now vs +15% before

Master Weapon Fitting remains at 12% for those who wonder:

Please do not change Spiked Weapon Fitting, i need it at +15%.
