MONSTERS

Vampires - Surgical Strike leech component reworked: Now heals the Vampire for 150% of the damage done, capped at 3% of the Vampire’s maximum health per hit (note: it can hit 3 times per usage).
- This change was made to address Vampires healing too much in scenarios, due to double-dipping into both Attack Rating and Heal Rating on this ability.

Spectres - Ghastly Draining leech component reworked: Now heals the Spectre for 100% of the damage done, capped at 5% of the Spectre’s maximum health per hit.
