1590 … hacker they enter your clan (without being invite) and kick everyone out then loot your stuff .
i dont know what hack they used they even kicked clan leader

Thats not good. @Ignasi or @Hugo, this one sounds like it needs to be brought to your attention.
If it is not already too late North, maybe try to take out the Momentum perk and move some of most valuable resources and thralls to scattered, hidden caches across the map until this is resolved. Good luck North.
too late we got kick from our own clan by a lvl 17 player that wasn even in our clan we lost everything stuck in my room cant acces anything and i was clan leader

Anybody concerned about the mechanism, hear this please: the exploit appears to take advantage of our easy-to-change clan naming system.
Beat them to it. Change the name of your clan immediately, and use Character Map to incorporate special characters. (Character Map = Windows Key + R, type charmap hit Enter)
For example, ANIWAYA would become ₳ꞥῐᾣạᵧᴀ

So if my clan name has at least one special character, I’m safe?
No. The way the bad guys are doing it is via imitation. If you make the letters legible but harder to copy, or inscrutable, they can’t spoof your name so easily.

It just looked close enough, name-wise. 
I couldn’t recall the Steam ID. I just hope other people can protect themselves. This seems pretty rare, but if it spreads we want people to be aware.
Thanks for the clarification. I hope they let us know when they fix the bug, because I don’t like what I had to do to my clan name.
It’s not to sound a panic alarm just yet, I do believe this is a targeted, rare occurrence. Without going into specifics, 1590 is one of the servers I keep up on my control panel in the sky, and tonight I noticed some characteristic behavior. I loaded two characters into my testing server, and voila I was able to slipstream my clan name into the other guy’s. I yadda yadda’d over the best parts, I know. 
One of my contacts on 1590 says they bad guy claims to have Admin access on this and others. According to them, they’ve put in reports, as necessary.

Sorry to hear that. As they say, dont get mad, get even. Build yourselves back up a go after them. Punish their treachery on the battlefield. As far as the issue itself goes, I am a purely Offline Singleplayer, so I would advise you to follow my fellow Asura @Barnes advice on this one. All the best North.
Sorry bud, but this advice couldn’t be any more useless against this type of hacker…and I mean that very respectfully.
Why build your stuff back up again when the hacker pushes a couple buttons and gets clan access and kicks everyone again? You just lost everything you just rebuilt.

Maybe just take a break from this server for a week or so while it shakes out? There is a big war going on across a lot of servers, and it’s not for dominance, it’s for silence. They are wiping places that have built back up to 10-20 per peak night, leaving them with 1-2 players. What’s happening on 1590 is a symptom of that: desperate players use desperate means.
As a server admin, if there has been an administrator account misuse or compromise, it can be very easily traced back to the user. If this is the case, someone will be punished, but it might not happen in a couple of days or even a week.
Finally, Funcom does do something about cheaters, but only in the most egregious cases. Those kinds of cases take time, effort and skill to document and demonstrate. Please be patient, from a guy who came to that server during Lost Souls. A lot has changed since then, for the better.

because it was the 1st time i write on the forum. they chage my status now 
I am here to clear my name of being a hacker. Your game glitched when there was a tremendous amount of lag on 1590 and i was invited by a buddy of mine and i ened up in Dark Omen clan. How i have no freaking clue but i want to see how far this game was broken before i dedicate my time into it.
Steps that happened:
1 Me and my buddy tried to make a clan…COULDN"T
2 I finally was able to. rejoiced!
3 Invited friend to join my clan, he did and got locked out of everything even after being promoted.
4 I gave clan control to buddy… he was still locked out of boxes and building(and still is).
5 I left clan… got invited to back into clan and poof im in Dark Omen WTF!!!
6 Got curious to see how far broken that this was.
7 Ran over and was able to open everything I DIDN’T TAKE ANYTHING!!!
8 Then checked clan controls and was able to kick everyone out! that’s pretty messed up Funcom!!!
9 Tried to invite Ashilda back into clan to give control back, but i was only a private class with no invite control.
10 So lastly I just left clan, AGAIN I DIDN’T TAKE ANYTHING!!! OR DESTROY ANYTHING!!!
SO FUNCOM I URGE YOU TO FIX YOUR GAME IMMEDIATELY!!!

Thank you for the confidence. My contact says they made their clan name all boxes, by using characters too low on the charmap to be read by the game font, and they’ll keep shifting it. I made the reference to changing the phaser patterns vs the Borg.
I hope your comment isn’t taken out of context, or somehow misunderstood as in @phoeniix’s case. Usually you’re the clinical one, erring on the side of care and objectivity, while I’m attempting to soften or console the player in grief. Your “get up and go” cheers me up, in fact it just plain motivates me. But some people think that after such an ignominious and complete loss, there’s nothing worth fighting for. I’ve been there, and to everybody affected, I’m sorry. The urgency was upon me last night as it was developing, so if I was cold, that’s on me.

Instead of using the character map in windows, I would pull up an ascii chart off the interwebs
and use the ascii code characters not found in the CharMap
