US Official Server #8008 DOWN

Bug Description:

Official server #8008 has been down for about 48 hours. All attempts to connect hang and timeout. Have tried to connect on actual hardware as well as cloud streaming and no success. Server doesn’t populate in server list, have to navigate to favorites to get it to show. Player count listed as ?/40, ping at ???.

Steps to Reproduce:

Attempt to login to #8008
Wait for login splash screen.
Hangs indefinitely until timer runs out, then kicked back to main screen.

Report your server by selecting “server performance” from the drop down menu and providing #number/platform so the tech staff can determine what’s wrong.
