US1, US2 and US3 - Access issue

I am having trouble accessing any of the Test-Live Servers.

US1 - I tried to connect, but timed out.
Could not connect to server. Your connection to the host has been lost.

US2 - I cannot even see in the server list when viewing ALL server types.

US3 - I tried to connect, but timed out.
Could not connect to server. Your connection to the host has been lost.

Edit: Updated attempt for US3 and corrected error messages for US1 and US3.

Edit #2: Added photo - Why do I see two of US1 and US3 Servers?

Hours later and still the same results. Cannot connect to server.
