Bug Description:
Use Pick on Rocks Fails

Bug Reproduction:
Complete/Enter Dreggs, Pick no longer works on small/individual rocks, similar is true for hatchet and Branches.
Also selected Careful Harvest perk at some point…

Yep, it’s intended.

Because getting 15 stone really broke the game, but, at least, a number of my Bazaar purchases are no longer available to craft.

So, there’s that.
