Using keyboard and the mouse movement not work

Been having this problem with the Mouse on the xbox not allowing me to move with the mouse but the keyboard works fine with no problems at all but cannot move the mouse at all. Does anyone know or have had the problem using the mouse and not work. Thanks.

There’s no mouse support for Conan Exiles on Xbox, just keyboard.
Apologies for the frustration.
