Problem: Bug

It’s on non official server so I’m not sure if that’s always the case. Decay is off. While HP of walls, foundations stays correct vault HP is reset to 600k after a restart. Just don’t ask about the mood after we did 500k damage with orbs just to see it reset 
Steps on how to reproduce issue:
- Restart the server and see damaged vault hp.
