Voidforge Greataxe Stamina reduction not working

Bug Description:

Voidforge Great Axe Whirlwind Effect isn’t working anymore. The Stamina Reduction just hasn’t been working like it used to, I thought originally it was just the Age of War stamina changes mucking up the Voidforge Greataxe, but while testing things in single player with spinning greataxe types, they have the exact same stamina usage as eachother.

Bug Reproduction:

compared Ripping Great Axe with Voidforge Greataxe.
