If you equip Voidforged Katanas on a followers they break after 2 mobs. After the first attack they keep loosing durability till they break for no reason.

If you research I believe it is supposed to be that way. Players use it and it repairs itself as you do damage running around with it out it basically decays. @Mallenroh

Indeed as @sestus2009 said , the voidforge Katana is losing durability when held in hand , and replesnishes durability as long as you do damage with it !! So it’s intended behavior ( AKA bad katana for thralls , use another one if you specificaly want them to have katanas 
)
