Xbox pve official server 3027. Went into the Well of Skelos and immediately died. Respawned almost at my body. Wouldn’t let me walk to it to retrieve my equipment. Kept dying, lost everything on me plus my 2 best thralls. Respawned at bed. Many of my thralls missing their armor in the inventory but showed it on them. Teleported to the volcano and immediately died again! This time I was spawned at my bed without the option of choosing. 2 thralls, 4 sets of epic Guardians armor, 2 legendary shields, 4 legendary weapons all lost. Hours of work gone.
Did you die because of heat, or because an NPC killed you? In the next patch, there is an immunity time when porting to protect against the NPCs and other players in pvp.

If you died in the dungeon and you select respawn in dungeon. You’d be naked and would die from heat. Sometimes even before loading screen finish.
I had a problem in this dungeon where I could not interact with my thrall. As if it wasn’t there. Also every npc I killed had no health bar and no loot.
Final boss crash server sometimes. You don’t even have to fight him anymore. He dies on his own 
On private server you could get admin to help you get things back. On official no one cares how much time you spend for anything and if it got wasted.
