Can`t place wall palisades correctly almost in every place.
Placement is easy in a flat terrain, but very hard in other places.

Yes I have having the same problem, if the ground is not 100% flat you can not place them. When you try to place it say not enough contac with ground, if you move it into the ground one step (one mouse wheel click it then says overlapping with another object or terrain. i am in the open i have tried in 60 location, sandy areas are the worse.
Confirmed. It’s been this way for some time now. I just stopped using them all together.
