Wall Signs Placed on Interior of Nemedian Walls Facing East do not Render

Bug Description:
The Wall Sign item does not render properly when placed on the inside of Nemedian Walls that are facing East. Walls facing all other directions appear to be unaffected. This bug can make it more difficult to effectively label chests, doorways, or label other information clearly without trying to use another wall.

Bug Reproduction:
This is a constant bug
