Bug Description:

The Wall Decorations from the Yamatai Onsen pack cannot be placed on walls facing the eastern direction of the map. I have tried it in multiple locations and restarted the game. I tried to place them on the Yamatai Tower walls.

Bug Reproduction:

I tried to place the wall decorations from the Yamatai Onsen Pack on a Yamatai Tower Wall facing east.

Ok, this does seem to be a mod conflict. My bad.
