Carnage, Blackheart hammer and sword do not do damage when put on thralls. You give it to a thrall, like a Cimmerian Berserker and instead of dealing ton of damage he does 0. It might concern all corruption based weapons

Thralls are not worthy, unlike the player 
"Unworthy wielders of this weapon will not be able to wield this weapon. "
