I noticed that when it rains in game my character gets wet and shinny as it should. However when I get in and out of the water he stays completely dry. this should be fixed and not by mods.
Maybe worth reporting to helpshift? I know Inflexion’s art director dislikes ugly stuff happening with the game…
Was that ever a thing? It would be awesome, for sure. But i think, that would be an entirely “New” feature?
I mostly report stuff here. how does one go about it to report to help shift? is it a command?

It’s also available from the top pinned post in the PC bug section, so you can find it more easily next time 
its just that the water effects is so much better in Enhanced and interaction with the water should feel like the rest of the game. detailed and lively.
there are rarely any splash effects or sounds when running or walking on shallow water.
there are no ripples or wake when swimming and NO wet effects, when you go in and out of the water.
I don’t mind if someone develops a mod for this but, I really feel it’s FC duty to integrate this. thanks for listening.
I was hooked to CE on console. Now, I’m addicted to CEE on my new PC. 
Oh yeah, I forgot you recently made the jump to PC - graphics must be a really nice step up from having to run performance mode
