What is up with the new items in admin panel

As a private server owner, i use admin panel alot (don;t actually play on my server, just build and police it). there are quite a few new objects in there…
Different colored crystals, black blood, and some other recipe type stuff that wasn’t there before.

Is there some new recipes i am missing from the patch 1.4 notes, or are these place holders for future patches?

If i remember correctly they said some of it’s just from devs tinkering at home for RP purposes an some is indeed future content related
