What just happened with server 3052 (EU PvP C). Character is gone, server removed from favourites

I just get the Option to create a new character. Is everything gone?

Had a lvl 60 With a large Tier3 base and several outposts with Map rooms.

Okay the server should have restarted and should be restored.
