Problem: all characters gone
Region: U.S/EU
I haven’t played in a long time because i moved overseas amd didn’t get a new ps4 until recently I went to try amd play and all of my characters are just gone… Does funcom wipe characters aftwr a certain amount of activity or? Its been close to a year since i played but i had about 7 or 8 lvl 60 characters all on official servers. Is there any way to recover them?

Could be after a significant period of time they wiped your character what kind of server do you play on or care to.
Official pvp servers is all i really play
Perhaps it is because you are using a new playstation and the player I.D. is not linked properly. I have lost trophys when moving to a new ps4
Hmmm maybe i kept all my trophies and still on the same account idk
@Community any ideas here. Probably Monday Oslow time before admin gets on.
Hello @PhoenixRising, we don’t wipe characters on Official servers, do you recall the exact server numbers?
It’s possible, however, that the server list is not showing that you have a character on a server even if you do.
Did you try filtering the results on the sever list screen? The same thing happened to me. I had beaten everything the game had to offer at the time (the Black keep with the silent legion armor) so I stopped playing. Came back 2 yrs later, couldn’t remember which server I was on, used that drop down menu in the top left to switch to Favorites I think and BAM! There’s my server with my character on it!
I dont remembered the exact server numbers because its been a long time i tried sorting by lvl and by history and just could not find anything ill get in toucj with a old friend and see if they remember some of the server numbers and check there
Hey Hugo thanks looks like i have ti sign into thw old servers amd it just reloads the characters even though it doesnt show them there i dont dont why i didnt think to ask earlier sometimes im a bit derpy thanks
Hey I am GLAD you got your character back. Myself will look at favorites and show server I have never been on.
