One thing I loved about Conan was the variaty of races, religions, and factions that players had to choose from. I was a huge fan of the cold embrace faction, but with this new update, is there still even a faction hall? Age of Sorcery has been okay for the most part, but I feel like there were way too many changes at one time, leaving players feeling in the dark. There was so much talk about what was being added to the game, but not enough talk about what was being taken away from it due to these changes. I am kind of disappointed.
I think you played on a modded server 
There is a giant total conversion mod for Conan called Age of Calamitous, that one does indeed have factions and a faction hall… Conan Exiles never had one

Yeah you are totally talking about Age of Calamitous mod, which is currently be adapted for 3.0 at breakneck speed.
