Wheel of Pain disappears

Wheel of Pain in the volcano disappeared. There were 4 T4 thralls being broken with about 30 hours worth of gruel. The wheel was near Terrace of the Tenders. There is nothing in the Event Log about it.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Place a Wheel of Pain in the volcano
  2. Wait

I can confirm that this has also happened to our clan, on 2 occasions. EU Official server #1028 PvE [Revision (#100903/18362)].

It’s possible the Wheel decayed because I had no foundation near it but that would still show something in the event log
