Over the last few days I’ve had two wheels of pain disappear on two different characters. Combine this with the servers crashing and being unavailable for 12+ hours and you’ve effectively robbed me of my money and my time. Please refund.

If you place the wheel alone decay may have taken it. Always check with a repair hammer.
