Bug Description:

Inventory empty on log-in

I have now lost my entire inventory THREE times; armour, weapons and everything else in my inventory has disappeared when I logged in to the game. The first time I lost a set of Champions Armour, a Khari Waterskin and Final Breath of the Red Mother! This last time was ridiculous, the game froze as I was entering the City of Xel-ha. I closed the app, restarted and logged in to fin myself in the Sunken City dungeon with nothing in my inventory AGAIN, but without my follower and mount because they were still at the location where the game froze. I have also lost two chests and at least on workstation since the 3.0 update. It just isn’t funny anymore!

Agreed it’s sad and should not be happening. I die freeze but have not lost anything probably because because I have not been to the problem dungeons on official servers and our private server we have no loss on death issues such as this is why we started it years ago we do enjoy playing on official because of the challenge. Glitches should not be part of the challenge. @Jehanum . @Community any input on this other than report to Zendesk perhaps there’s a new patch coming?
