Where do I find mod creators?

I’m interested in learning how to use the dev kit, but I’d like to ask some questions first from people who are experienced with it. Is there a particular forum, discord channel, or whatever that they tend to hang out at?

in steam . in the workshop section. choose a mod. and in the comments of the mod ask for help.
