Are the recipes available somewhere in the world? I’ve completed 2 purges so far, but haven’t gotten the vendor yet, does he have them?
I got a “Components of Advanced Warfare” from a chest after one purge, but it doesn’t seem to teach me anything. Is it just a crafting material for the new stuff?

Various levels of purges have various blueprints. If you are looking for burning siege cauldron then keep purging and look out for the recipe, also hold onto those components as they are part of crafting future siege items.
