SInce the last patch, where Funcom removed the Sacred Hunt, Dalinsia has disappeared from spawning on the map. Before the patch she was rare, but you could find her. Now she is absolutely not available. Hey Funcom, what gives? She was the only female fighter worth having, compared to what, 11 named male fighters? Ok, the Cimmerian Berserker can be female. But other than that, nothing. And now you cannot get Dalinsia. Funcom would you kindly bring her back?
I will look into this myself, on Xbox.
Eta: Found her first try to Stargazer’s Crest. Captured her too.
Make high lvl purges anf you’ll get Dalinsia, Sonya, Lianele, etc…
You’ll be surprised to know how lower Dalinsia is from other way better thralls than high lvl purges give.
She’s still around, she might just not be spawning for you. If you’re searching for a particular mob, it never spawns (looking at you demonic wolves), the instant you stop actively hunting for it, it’ll show up everywhere

On a more serious note, T4’s who have a random chance of spawning are not guaranteed to spawn at any given time, no matter how hard you try.
