Because Exiled Lands is the main Conan Exiles map, that’s the map that is in development, Isle of Siptah was just a DLC and that was already finished and released.
So it’s not getting map content updates the same way they’re not adding additional armor to the Savage Frontier DLC for example
Despite the above though, they’re still making sure that new features are available for people playing on that map, for example there were khitan exile camps up to now and you could earn Obolus and spend it there as well. (on live you still can)
In any case there were many previous discussions on this, you can search for some of the threads. (Not saying it is the situation in your case ofc) Generally people seem to have a hard time grasping the concept of one-time released DLC vs Main map in development.

For story reasons, it doesnt make sense for Kurak to be on Siptah. He’s in the Exiled Lands. He also has character transfer disabled…

Mu question is, can you gatjer blood crystals on Siptah? Didnt pkay siptah during last chapyer of last age. Because of yoi can still get blood crustals, i would think you need a place to cash them in.
Yes you can still get blood crystals on Siptah. You can buy golem parts from the guy who teaches golem shaping, but there is no equivalent to the Ophidian Maji’s cache for blood crystals on Siptah. As of chapter 1 in the Age of War, you still need blood crystals to make golem parts.

They have to add more to siptah seems not like not much to do on it tbh and the base locations are horrid no in game structures
