Which DLC armor with level 2 cold protection since last patch?

It seems there is no any DLC or standard armor with cold protection since last patch ? Or it is my eyes that doesn’t work anymore ?

I used to wear imperial kithan with cold protection lv2 and encombrance bonus for the farm in frozen lands … But it turns into cold protection lv1 !
Bye bye DLC armors

So finally we have the obligation to spend survival attribute points to reach level 30 … and get both bonus climate and farming !?
