Kadr, you have encountered the security layer that the forums place on everyone. As a new user, you are restricted to limited actions and direct messages are not one of them; this will pass. It protects us from spam and more malicious things by people with less than honorable intent, but imposes those restrictions on all.
Since by now, the Funcom team is probably on weekend, @Ignasi will probably not get this and be able to elevate your privileges until their Monday morning (Norway).
In the meantime there is a good place to report exploits, especially if you have exact coordinates of undermesh entry points. You can get those by going to that place and holding rightcontrol+rightalt+rightshift and pressing L.
