Reporting player using under texture exploit (chinese name in 3 letters )

Hello some strange player, used under texture exploit to get inside the base. Please note all the doors were closed, the base itsellf wasnt dmged during the raid hours.

The incident took place on official server 1122. 02.01.2020 21:10:00 -02.01.2020 21.16.13

What is more strange, the guy logged off as soon as i got online, and his name was never to be found in the “recent players” tab.

Please do check coordinates of his character during the times he was stealing stuff from the base. i do have screenshoots, as an evidence. But as a "new user " on the forums i cant upload it in this post. Please do guide me, how can i supply mentioned evidence to you.
