Why are funcom not addressin the hack?

So yeah they make a new update and might have fixed the Golem Glitch

But why are you guys not addressing the hack and even the possibility to report these hackers? You still get ZERO response when you try to report someone, and you still do NOTHING to fix the blatant hacking on the official servers? Cmon man, atleast TALK ABOUT IT!!!
