I tried to upload my role, but after entering transfer, the system will no longer give me any feedback, resulting in my being stuck in the input and unable to upload my role.

Are you trying to create a new character or transfer one? ( Not sure what you mean by upload your role, sorry )
If you are trying to transfer here are the guidelines. Check and see if you have met all of the requirements.
