I don’t know the answers to your questions, but please read what @Jim1 posted and approach it that way. Since this thread is already marked, I would recommend making a new one trying to be as specific as possible about what is happening.

Yes, this is just ridiculous. Just logged in and watched the neighbor’s foundations go back to 336 hours and they’re not on. It keeps resetting so i’m not seeing this go away. Bugs this old need to be addressed and honestly I don’t think i’m going to stick around to see. My wife and I have bought every DLC x 2 but I can’t see supporting a game that won’t address old issues. Think i’m done at this point, we all know this isn’t the only OLD bug that continues to be ignored.
