There alot of things that can be used in Conan Exiles
Possible it does not work with Unreal Engine 4.15 which Conan Exiles is built on. Personally that is just an assumption on my part, although all the free linked assets are on newer versions of UE4.
Because it’s not copy and paste? Because mod authors work on what they are interested in? Because our time is not infinite? Because just because it’s on UE4 doesn’t mean it will translate to Conan? Because character assets and animations assets completely different assets? Because it’s notqlore friendly Because? Because of a million other reasons?
If you want mods using Paragon assets, dev kit is free. Have at it.
