Why post rules and guidelines you dont enforce

Quit wasting our time. You know nobody enforces anything in this lag switch undermesh game so why post the rules like you are going to do anything about it @Funcom-Dana

no you dont understand, they be working on tickets from 2015 its a a big backlog. they can only work on 1 ticket a week tho because its very hard. if they finish that they will be back to live service. i also think its not live service but life service because they take a lifetime to solve tickets

They enforce their rules, sadly, on the wrong people tho  I was unfairly banned cause some idiots copied the names of all my clan members cause they couldn’t raid us, so their last resort was the ban meta, and it worked, funcom didn’t even took the time to corroborate if it was me or my mates, cause they don’t have game admins. But hey, at least they can say they enforce their rules lol

I recently reported some massive builds with bridges, paths, decorative land claims, etc. Provided a bunch of screenshots and said “this is just SOME of what they’ve been doing.” I got back “nothing we’re seeing is in violation.” lol… what a joke. It literally is in their building rules examples that a bunch of these screenshots were violations. I tried to respond to the email that they’re wrong and should check again… but they closed the ticket. Go figure. I couldn’t be bothered to submit another.

The only time I’ve seen reporting work is when a large amount of reports are sent for one offense. That’s why they call it the report meta. 10man teams spam reporting builds can get ppl wiped easier than a solo reporting.

The craziest thing is, these “new rules” are not even rules at all, the only thing that is noted is being told to report bugs or exploits. There isn’t a single new “rule” listed on the announcement. People have given up reporting because nothing is ever done about it.

In regards to the comment above about having a backlog of reports from 2015. They’re all completely irrelevant, the only bug reports that should be reviewed are the newest ones. If Funcom are actively working through reports dated way back to 2015 then they are wasting time and seriously need a management overhaul.

Exactly.
