Why structure still get damage and destroy outside PVP restric allowed time

Official server PVP damage building is 18:00 to 0:00 right ?
But my building structure get damaged and destroyed at 4:00am in the morning
with Fire and explosive arrow by others players clan. HOW ???
Official Server Asia , I live in Asia. Monday 4:00am morning

Are you sure you live by the same time zone?

Yes, I live in Thailand and server is faster than me 3hrs. so if I 4:00am Monday, server is 7:00am Monday
