In the northeast corner, the 2 wild surges i came across, thralls fell through hills when i knocked them out. Has happened multiple times. I have had a few stay above ground, but its about 4 out of 5 fell.

I don’t know what the deal is with this, whether it’s intended or not. But it happens everywhere. So when I complete a surge I will grab the unconscious thrall first.
I like to kite potential thralls away from the center. If I like the thrall I drag them away immediately. Then I come back to finish off the remaining NPCs. This way I can get more than one per surge.

This seems to be happening more, the other night I had to wait for unconscious thralls to wake up so I could knock them out and grab them again.
