I’m back and I’m having a rest from MHW and starting a fresh new playthrough for the latest update cause now that Pesky castle is gone i finally have my favourite build spot back.
But I’m in need of a Sherpa to carry my crap so I’m asking if anybody knows what Sherpa now currently holds the most heath or would be considered the best? Even if I need to admin them in it doesn’t bother me.

Siptah Exile T1 Surge bearers will get the highest health by level 20.
They will inflict damage approximately equal to a crippled gnat, but you specifically asked about health, and bearers in general have exceptionally low damage anyway, so being slightly worse than utterly awful might not matter much.
Other bearer variants will start with more health, so will easily be better in every way (except at dying) at level 0, but by 20, these ones will gain a lot more per point of vitality so that they will surpass any other bearer’s initial health pool.
They should have over 7k base health by level 20, and with a couple decent vitality perks, double that.
