Game mode: Online & Singleplayer

After the the update today I can no longer join a server or start a solo game. I select what server I want then it begins the normal loading screen, the bar progresses for a minute and then stops, the tips seem to freeze but the background music still plays, 10-15-20 minutes will pass and the bar doesn’t move one bit.
This is across all servers and all solo options and has broken this game, I can’t play it at all.
