Bug Description:

Several times now I get the message “Internet Connection Lost. You must be connected to the internet to play”. It happens at random times and there’s no particular action or event I can point to that causes it to happen. I cannot replicate it on purpose at all.
My internet connection is not lost and I am always able to reconnect straight away. Yhis seems related to this issue from a couple of years ago: Connection lost Must be connected to the internet to play online

Steps to Reproduce:

As described above, I have no idea how to reproduce.

Is your PC on a wired or wireless connection? Have you had any recent changes to your Internet service provider or hardware?

Wired connection and no, no changes.
When the disconnects happen everything else is working fine in the house. We have 350Meg fibre and we usually get more bandwidth than that. Pings to everywhere are fine and the internet continuously work for everyone else on the network at the time. The only game this happens in is Conan Exiles.
Steam remains connected and logged in. I thought it might be some interruption between Funcom Servers ( / Gportal) and Steam but perhaps not if Steam keeps running fine here.
Also it does not seem to happen to others on the same server at the same time.
