Trouble with connection to online game

Hello there!
Today my friend buy me a Conan Exiles in Steam and i faced with connection troubles. The game isnt see my connection to the Internet, but its work correctly then i started this in Steam. How i could fix this? It’s just my personal problem, or global?

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Starting game in Steam. With BE and without it.
  2. Try to find offical servers, and custom servers.
  3. Cache integrity in Steam will not help with that bug.
  4. Checking the internet connection showed that it works.

Thanks, i tried the first option with the screens, if it’s doesnt works i take the option two!

UPD: The first option are help, but now i cant make the coop game with friends… Can you help with it?
UPD2: Nevermind, i asked to refound for the money. Game maybe good, but troubles like that should not be in games for which money is paid.
