Bug Description:
120 Crom Coins reward doesn’t work, I claimed the reward, it said that the 120 coins got added to my account, but in reality nothing got added.

Not a bug, it doesn’t work because you haven’t bought the Battle Pass.
You’ll only be able to claim the free rewards unless you do so.
It does show when new levels (and their rewards) are unlocked, but doesn’t automatically claim them.
I did buy the battle pass when Chapter 1 was going on, does it not apply?
Nope, chapter 2 has a new battle pass.
If you completed the Chapter 1 BP though, you’d have gained enough free coins to buy this one.
Every chapter has a new BP, if you didn’t complete the previous one then that one’s lost until the items make a reappearance in the Bazaar or somewhere.
