i had the same problem on 1094 pvp, and i asked about help more than 3 months. i writed to admins more than 20 times. i created 3-4 topics. I also writed to g-portals admins 5 times, they said “its not our fault, try to connect with game developers” or “we gave this information to the game developers, see what they can do” still no one fixed it. still 1020.
