High ping everyday, whats going on?

Since the patch, the server #1998 LATAM has high ping constantly at 1020. Fix that please.
It is quite annoying to play because you can do NOTHING and it is not that it happens one time, it happens several times and for a LONG TIME. It is happening right now, and it has been like this for about an hour.

Now the server is down, I hope that my things that are on the ground do not disappear.

Every major patch has 10-14 days of helter skelter.

Been that way since the 90s, do not see any change happening any time soon.

1588 Horrific Lag Spikes

1588 is experiencing lag spikes multiple times per day during raid hours. Usually for 10-20 minutes at a time. The ping on the debug HUD is shown as 1020ms (max), players are unable to do anything and have to endure the lag spike because they don’t want to log off in dangerous locations.
