High ping in latam servers

Please fix the ping on the latam servers, from 5 pm until 10 pm (Brazil) are incredibly high, making it impossible to play.

I restarted my isp;
I restarted my router;
I restarted my PS4;

Hey there,

The developers are currently working on server browser improvements and fixes for PC.
The 9999 ping issue may take longer to fix.

These changes will be pushed to consoles Later^TM with a parity patch.
