All servers in Latin America ping 9999, in addition, it shows that the number of players is always 0/40 and we cannot enter the servers

Steps on how to reproduce the problem:

Cooperative mode
2.Selection of servers
Official PVP
3.Filter through latin america
4.Log in to the selected server
