All servers in Latin America are pinged 9999, in addition it shows that the number of players is always 0/40, and we were unable to enter the servers

Dois amigos meus q ue jogam comigo estão com o mesmo problema, mas para mim está normal. Não entendo pois nos servers mais distantes conseguimos todos entrar. Alguma solução?
Meus amigos conseguem jogar de boa tbm, só eu estou com problema, o foda é que n tem nenhuma solução, aconteceu de uma hora pra outra,
